Of Enchanting...?
Should I put an enchanting mod on all of my scythes or should I mix them up like Vamp and Fort, Zealous and Enchanting?

whatever your build is using. I would take mostly of defense. fortitude is a waste of money.

Use fort if you have a build with fewer enchantments. Otherwise, enchanting ftw imo.

An enchanting scythe only for casting enchants you want to hang around (HoF comes to mind), Fortitude for actually killing shit.
Weapon switching is win.

Since i play dervish i use sundering xxxscythe of enchating.....fortitude it's a waste for a dervish simply because enchantment 20% longer are much more better than +30hp....
I only use fortitude when i play Ursan

Really? What enchantments are so powerful that you need +20% enchant? The only two I can think of are Heart of Fury and Aura of Holy Might and you can just swap to a staff with +20% enchant on to cast them with. You should be carrying a staff anyways to cast Avatar of Melandru if you get dp

For some build i just need some enchants like [Vow of silence] to have a fixed duration otherwise they do not work....also enchants like [mystic regeneration] or [heart of fury] are better if last a bit more!

Even with those skills, a staff is better.
If you run with an Avatar, you should have [Eternal Aura], so an enchanting mod wouldn't help much either.
I don't like sundering. vamp and zealous mods are better.
Fortitude is a very good weapon upgrade. Having health is a good thing. Besides, having more health means that major and sup runes won't hurt so much.

You're not going to be attacking when you're casting.
Weaponswitching is key.
And besides, staves > martials for casting enchantments. Outside of farming ofcourse.

If you mean by really slow one-ish second, tjat one-ish second can make your enchantments last longer for more of a killing spree.
And even then, you get aftercast off the majority of spells if memory serves.
